We currently offer Free Delivery All Over Pakistan.

We deliver to major cities as well as most remote areas, depending on courier service availability.


SECTION 2 – ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Processing includes:

  • Order verification
  • Product preparation
  • Packaging
  • Dispatch arrangement

Once processed, orders are handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.


SECTION 3 – SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time is:

3–7 business days across Pakistan.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

SECTION 7 – INCORRECT ADDRESS

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Lost packages

caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Additional delivery attempts or re-shipment may require confirmation.


SECTION 8 – LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order is damaged, missing, or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

Resolution may include replacement or refund after verification.


SECTION 9 – CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) CONDITIONS

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers are required to accept the parcel at delivery
  • Refusal of parcels without valid reason may lead to order restrictions
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in suspension of COD facility

SECTION 10 – DROPSHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

PrimeBazaarPK operates on a dropshipping model.

Some products may be fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers and logistics partners.

This means:

  • Product packaging and dispatch location may vary
  • Order handling is managed through fulfillment partners
  • We ensure quality control before dispatch where applicable
