Payment Options

We offer secure and convenient payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay at the time of delivery
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash – Fast mobile wallet payments
  • Bank Transfer – Direct bank payment (details provided at checkout or order confirmation)

Security

All payments are processed through secure and trusted channels.

We do not store your card, bank, or wallet details on our website.

Customer payment information is handled only by third-party payment providers.

Payment Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified (for prepaid orders), you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your order details.

For COD orders, confirmation is sent once the order is accepted and processed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD is available across Pakistan, subject to order verification.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel high-risk or suspicious COD orders
  • Reject orders with incomplete or unverifiable details
  • Restrict COD option for customers with repeated order refusals

Customers are required to accept COD parcels upon delivery.

Mobile Wallet Payments (Easypaisa / JazzCash)

For mobile payments:

  • Payment must be sent only to official payment details provided by PrimeBazaarPK
  • Customers should always share proof of payment for faster processing
  • Orders will be processed after payment verification

We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect numbers or unauthorized sources.

Bank Transfer

For bank transfers:

  • Use only the account details provided at checkout or official communication
  • Processing begins once payment is confirmed by our team or bank system
  • Keep a copy of your transaction receipt for reference

Refunds & Returns

All refunds and returns are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Notes for Customers

  • COD is available only within Pakistan
  • Prepaid orders may be prioritized for faster processing
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until verification is completed
