Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • The product must not be damaged due to customer misuse

To request a return, email us at contact@primebazaar.pk with your order number and clear reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene items once opened
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Change of mind after delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious, incomplete, or unverifiable orders.

Customers placing fake or repeated refusal orders may be restricted from future purchases.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Customers are expected to accept the parcel at the time of delivery
  • Refused deliveries without valid reason may result in account restrictions
  • PrimeBazaarPK reserves the right to deny future COD orders in case of misuse

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first for approval. Exchange is subject to product availability.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued through:

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa or JazzCash (where applicable)

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on banking or payment provider timelines.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
